Beautiful pics of Tamara Day and Sarah Stiles feet & legs
I worked for months, working 12- hours sanding floors, and tear down wallpaper one baby strapped to my back and the others playing into the playpen. Ha! Ha! It all started to make sense, but wasn't quite done. For this project I was ready to invest a significant amount of time and money shopping for my dream home. To keep within budget, I began by taking my sons to estate sales in search of diamonds. The routine we had for the week consisted of walking from Thursday to Saturday through estate sales and garage sales buying a mixture of antique and brand new furniture as well as spending the weekdays painting sanding in the driveway. It was kind of similar to this... This is the place where my passion for in the process of restoring old furniture got started. Even though the house had been decorated, I was unable to put down. I also had a booth at the market to sell objects. Eventually I had more pieces that I could decide what to do with and outgrew the space. I held open houses in my home where one 000 visitors would pass through on a single weekend. they could purchase anything on the first level. Growing Days was founded in my house. My business was not only thriving but I was growing my sweet family too. Finding the balance was important for me. I wanted to be both a mom as well as a business owner who was successful. Growing Days fit perfectly. My beautiful Nora was born in 2013, which was our fourth child. My business was going well but I was in need of a break. I decided to take some break from my antique furniture and stay at home with the kids. In the beginning, this was what I wanted. It wasn't until a couple of months that the phones started to ring. They were asking for assistance with interior decorating as well as renovations. A majority of these were those who had walked through my property during furniture open houses! I began to take on customers one by one working at my own pace however it wasn't long before I had several accounts, and I was operating an entire home improvement business. If you had told me that my business would be an idea for the DIY Network show, I might have thought you were crazy. Actually I still kind of laugh when I think about it.
