Allison Brooks Janney (born April 14 on the 14th of April, 1970) is an American actor. She is well-known for her roles on screen as well as the stage. She's also been nominated for 2 Tony Awards and has won an Academy Award, a British Academy Film Award and an Academy Award, a Golden Globe Award, and seven Primetime Emmy Awards. Allison Janney was a regional actress for nearly twenty years before becoming famous as White House Press secretary C.J. Gregg C.J.
